Bethany Nature Cure Center, Nalanchira

Bethany Nature Cure Centre was established in the year 1976, the first of its kind in Kerala, in a building which was located at Bethany Ashram, Nalanchira. On August 1982, a new hospital building was inaugurated at Mekkonam, Bethany Nagar, Nalanchira. Bethany Nature cure centre is one of the best naturopathy hospitals in India. Besides hospital facilities, it also credits various research programmes in the field of Naturopathy. Dr. Fr. Philip Neri OIC (ND) has been in charge of this centre for a long time.  Besides hospital facilities, it also credits various research programmes in the field of Naturopathy. Bethany provides a scientific system of healing by stimulating the body’s inherent power to regain health with the help of ‘panchaboothas’- air, earth, water, fire and ether. It treats the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of human beings through a holistic approach towards diseases.
